Arkansas Practice-Based Research Network
Mission
The Arkansas Practice Based Research Network’s (APBRN) mission is to support its members as they plan, conduct, and evaluate research and practice improvement projects and disseminate findings to improve the health of Arkansans.
Vision
APBRN strives to develop a reputable and sustainable practice-based research network to meet the demands of the evolving health care environment. The network encourages enhanced clinician involvement in practice-based initiatives with an emphasis on building robust state and national collaborations.

How to join:
Membership in the APBRN is voluntary and is open to clinicians and students in Arkansas. Clinicians may become members by agreeing to supply initial information about themselves and their practice through the APBRN Member Survey. A staff member from the APBRN is available to visit family practices to explore their interest in medical office based quality improvement and clinical research projects. Family physicians, their office managers, or quality improvement coordinators are invited to contact us for more information at 501-686-6195 or apbrn@uams.edu.
