What you like about AHEC: I like the fact that it is an unopposed program, se we do not have to compete for patient care, Facilitating this exposure to a wider variety of patients and medical procedures. The faculty is very helpful and always willing to help and teach in a friendly environment.
What you like about Fort Smith: It is a middle size city which is growing tremendously and the people are very friendly.

About Me: I am from Colombia, South America where I practiced medicine for almost 5 years as a general practitioner before coming to the U.S. I am married, my wife Carrie is a Speech Language Pathologist. I enjoy spending time with my daughters Laura, Paula, and Raven. |
