Origin: I was born in Bombay, spent my early teens in the Middle East. We then moved to Toronto Canada for a better education and that’s where I completed my high school and university years.
Medical School: Medical University of the Americas. (Nevis)
What I like about AHEC: AHEC West provides care to a vast area and a diverse population, the program is unopposed (which means better training), and the people are really nice. But the best thing about AHEC is over here we really care about whom you are and what is driving you rather than how impeccable your resume looks. We are a small family with big love between us.
What I like about Fort Smith: Nice people and a great place to start a family.
Medical Interests: Any kind of procedures/ ER Medicine/ Sports Medicine.
About Me: I love to play sports (Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Racquetball….). If I cannot convince anyone to come out and play, then it’s time to head to the gym and pump some iron. I am active and love to meet new people. My two guilty pleasures are watching Bollywood movies (especially ones’ with Shahrukh Khan in them), and dancing. Even though all of the above are things I love to do most of my time is taken up by my two loves; my beautiful wife Laura and our adorable dog Bella
