Health care is one of the fastest growing professions in the U.S. Health care professionals are highly trained individuals who want to make a difference for the individuals they serve. Health careers include both direct patient care and non-direct patient care, so there is a job that is right for you. Through our health careers recruiter, UAMS AHEC Southwest is working to promote these professions in our region.
Classroom presentations are available to elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and colleges. These presentations provide basic information on health careers, along with a hands-on activity. For more information on health careers, e-mail Bradi Kelley.
